St. Bernard’s Parish Annual Fall Festival

September 17th - 5pm – 10:00pm           

September 18th & 19th                 - 12:30pm – 10:00pm

       The Annual Parish Festival is held on the church grounds and is free to all who attend.  It is a wonderful time for our parish families to come and enjoy all that is available throughout the weekend.  There is something for everyone; free entertainment, silent auctions, games for children and adults, food of all types, family dinner, bingo, and many tents to shade our festival attendants.

       The raffle tickets have been mailed to all the registered families of our parish.  If you did not receive your tickets or would like additional tickets, please contact the parish office. Please consider supporting our annual event by purchasing your tickets and have a chance at winning one of the following prizes:

 

The cash prizes are as follows:                 

                            1st            $1,000.00             5th            $  250.00

                           2nd            $  750.00             6th            $  250.00

                           3rd             $  500.00             7th            $  150.00

                           4th             $  500.00             8th            $  100.00

Saturday Auction & Dinner at the Holy Family Center

 

     If you would like to attend the Oral Auction and Dinner on Saturday, September 18th, please contact the Parish Office for a reservation form.  Reservations are $50.00 per person with round table seating for eight.  This is an exciting event with opportunities to bid in the Oral and Silent Auctions.  The Dinner is always delicious and plentiful and the atmosphere is fun-charged.  Dinner and Silent Auction begin at 12:30pm, Oral Auction begins at 2pm.  Seats still available.

 Be a sponsor

     As a Sponsor you receive a sign approximately 30”x20” in size where your name or message will be displayed.  This sign will be placed at the front of a booth and will be visible the entire weekend.  The cost of a sponsorship is $100 per sign.  Please contact the Parish Office if you are interested in being a Booth Sponsor.  

 

CONSIDER BEING A TENT SPONSOR 

 

     As a Sponsor you will receive a banner with your information on it.  The banner is placed under the tents at the Festival.  The cost ranges from $500 and up.  Please contact the Parish Office for more information.

ENTERTAINMENT

 

     We are accepting sign-ups for the Festival weekend.  If you have a talent that you would like to share or a group that would like to perform, please contact Mike Pereira at 209-832-8012.  There are certain criteria that must be met in order to assure that all entertainment is appropriate.

In Great Need of Donations for the Festival Auctions

 We are in great need of items for the silent auctions held each day and for the oral auction held on Saturday at the Holy Family Center.  We are accepting all types of new items or items in excellent condition.  We are looking for baby items from clothes, toys, bedding, or baby products.  For children or teens we accept toys, games, movies, jewelry, sporting items etc.  For men we are looking for sporting event tickets, wines or special spirits, yard or garage items, car or truck items, gift certificates, or any items to do with outdoor activities from fishing to golf.  For women we are looking for any kitchen items, small appliances, pictures, knick-knacks, bath & body products, jewelry, Gift Certificates, collectibles etc.  Any seasonal items are very welcomed especially Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas. All donations can be brought to the parish office and an acknowledgement for all donations will be sent.   

  

Raffle Tickets 

 

All registered families received a book of Raffle Tickets and two Jewelry Raffle tickets the first week of July.  If you did not receive yours or would like additional tickets, please contact the parish office.
