Pray this prayer of spiritual communion during Mass:

My Jesus,
I believe that You
are present in the Most Holy Sacrament.
I love You above all things,
and I desire to receive You into my soul.
Since I cannot at this moment
receive You sacramentally,
come at least spiritually into my heart. I embrace You as if You were already there and unite myself wholly to You. Never permit me to be separated from You.

Amen.

Por favor, oren este oración de comunión espiritual durante la misa.

Jesús mío, creo que Tú estás en el
Santísimo Sacramento; te amo por sobre todas las
cosas y deseo recibirte ahora dentro de mi alma; 
ya que no te puedo recibir sacramentalmente, 
ven a lo menos espiritualmente a mi corazón. 
Señor, no soy digno ni merezco que entres
en mi pobre morada pero di una sola palabra 
y mi alma será sana, salva y perdonada. 
El Cuerpo, la Sangre, el Alma y la Divinidad de Nuestro Señor Jesucristo, guarden mi alma para la vida eterna. Amén.
