The St. Bernard’s Respect Life Ministry works to build a culture of life in our parish and community.  Through the four pillars of prayer, education, pastoral care, and advocacy and in conjunction with other ministries at St. Bernard’s, we stand in support of life from conception to natural death.


Meetings are held the last Wednesday of every month at 7:00 P.M. at St. Bernard's in Padre Pio Room located in Fr. Fleming Hall.

Respect Life - Education

      We are called to form our consciences in light of the Church’s teachings on the sanctity of life and our dignity as sons and                daughters of God the Father.


  •  Abortion- Abortion is the deliberate termination of a human pregnancy. Sometimes that is done surgically. Increasingly, the       abortion pill (mifepristone, Mifeprex or RU-486) is being used to end a pregnancy.
